About

ABOUT MARION

Marion is a visual artist whose work moves between design and realism, guided by intuition and presence. Her paintings emerge from a curiosity about perception, storytelling, and the subtle moments that shape lived experience.

Creating is a way of listening — a conversation with life that unfolds through color, form, and line. Nature, people and places are recurring sources of inspiration, as is the sense of wonder that comes from being part of something vast and interconnected.

Her work invites pause. It offers space to reflect, to feel, and to meet the present moment with openness.

PROCESS

Marion works with oil paint and across mediums. Multiple sketches and color studies form the foundation of each composition, allowing ideas to develop slowly and with flexibility.

Her practice is shaped by freehand drawing, watercolor, and photography, bringing together structure and spontaneity. Line plays a central role — not as description alone, but as a way of clarifying what is already present.

Each painting is made with intention, balancing experimentation with craft.
